  Stainless steel (S.S 304 / 316 grade) Preparation tank - 200 lit to 10,000 lit capacity

  Preparation tank is used to store fluid in hot or cold form. This tank can be supplied with or without dimple jacketed walls. Set temperature will be maintained in entire tank as an agitator will be fixed which will agitate the product and maintain the set temperature. Thermo well will also be provided.

  Conveyors S S304 – As per customer required conveyors will be manufactured by us. This is used to transfer products in continuous operation set up.

• SS Bulk Milk Cooling Tank

  

  S.S 304 Bulk milk cooling tanks (BMCT – Direct expansion DX type or Ice bank type IBT model)

  Bulk milk cooling tanks (BMCT) are planned to be installed in Farms, which collects the milk every day in the morning & evening from milking system. The milk collected will be stored in the Bulk Milk Cooler and chilled from ambient temperature to 4 °C. The stored milk shall be dispatched to dairy plant through insulated tanker once in a day. BMCT shall meet the requirements of ISO 5708 class 2 A II (latest version) with not more than 3.0 hours cooling time from 35 °C to 4 °C for all milking and not more than 1.5 hours for second milking i.e. 10°C to 4 °C.
